and papa’s globe had resumed its wonted appear-
ance, that of a sphere with coloured paper mapped
out upon it. That same morning all the toys were
taken down from the top of the bookcase by papa
himself. Axel got his hat glued on to his head,
and Anna got her arm mended, and the best of
it all was that they were again brought into the
children’s room among the merry little ones. If
Axel and Anna themselves have not already related
to the children their journey round papa’s globe, I
have now done it for them, and it all comes to
the same thing.
