OTHER RESOURCES, FARMS, FORESTS AND WATER-POWER, OF THE COMPANY.

The Company’s arable land and pasture amount to 85 hectares (210 acres), with
a dairy. The forests cover 1,750 hectares (4,400 acres). There is a saw mill with a
double frame and an edge trimmer.

The Company obtains part of its power from a water-fall near Bofors built out to

supply 3,700 HP. Another thousand HP are obtained from Skråmforsen, about 5 miles
from the Works. There is also a reserve of about 8,000 HP in the Karås Falls on the
Company’s own property. If the Company, therefore, should wish to run its
blastfurnaces by electricity, there exists the possibility of doing so.

Share capital: 13.5 million kronor.
Value of manufactures per annum: 20 million kronor.
