Standard for the assignments file

Part
contains information about which chapter, poem or other distinct part of the work is concerned. Usually a number or all.
Work
Indicates what type of work is done. Contains one of: enter, scan, check, proof, proof<number>, html, spell, links, linkchk or other code if needed for special editions. If others codes are used, they are to be specified in the head of the assignments file concerned.

enter: obtain text by keyboard work
scan: obtain text by scanning + OCR
check: proof-read text without the original text at hand
proof: proof-read text with the original text at hand
proof(number): proof-read text again
html: mark text in html
spell: check spelling in text with spell machine
links: add cross references in text
linkchk: check cross references in text

Status
Indicates the status of the work indicated in Work. Contains one of: todo, wip (work in progress), done
When
context from Status. Contains date of deadline (todo, wip) or when finished (done). Date written YYYYMMDD.
Who
contains information about who will do (have done) the work indicated in Work. Usually an alias (if the person is well known) or a mail address.
