To [Thomas Roe].1
(Stockholm, 17 March 1638.)

Stockholme the 17. March 1638.

I wrote a moneth agoe concerninge the state of my busynes,
since I haue deferred because resolutions were not yet rife. I am
nowe preparinge to be gone, from hence and haue no more to doe
but to see what declaration or letters the Lords Regents or the Lord
Channcellour will giue vnto mee and whether or noe they will name

condescended & thinketh it fit that before I goe I should send vnto
the Lord Arch B[isho]pp of Vpsall my excuses to take away the
censures w:ch they haue made of my worke & that I should giue
him a Copie thereof to bee imparted to the Lords Regents; I am
mör[e] busy to make my excuses or Justifications read[y] in the meane
tyrne with a shipp, that is to goe from hence towards your quarters;
you shall receiue some Copies both of my Informacon and of their
Censure w:ch is in print. I told you heretofore that Mr. B. his
