In the meane time I will take noe rash resolutions, but will
waite for Councell vpon that Providence which hitherto hath beene
apparently with mee. Commend me to all freinds, let me heare
from you at Hamburg, addresse noe letters any more hither nor to
Elsenheure, &: thinke vpon a possibilitie of subsistence for me, if
Sr Tho[mas] & I should not be able to goe togeather in one way
of publique Agitation. I dare not, nor will not suspect him in the
least, but yet I must forecast the worst & I must not regard him
& the purposes which he perhaps will favour mainely, more then
all ye rest of the Reformed & Protestant Churches. I have made
a large deliniation of the true way of my proceeding in time to
come whether I be alone or with Sr Tho[mas]; heereof I have left
a Copie to the Lord Chancelour, that he may see the realitie of
my intentions & be able to concurre the more powerfully in due
time. But of this hereafter God willing you shall have further
Information when from Hamburg I shall be able to send you a Copie
heereof. In the meane time helpe mee with your prayers & best
assistance.
