Dear Sven Anér,
More than 9 months have passed smce I wrote a leaer to the former
Swedish Prime Minister Ingvar Carlsson regarding the unresolved case of the
murder of Olof Palme. A copy of this letter was sent to you by fax.
This past week I received a response from Laila Freivalds, the Swedish
Minister of Justice, I assume. I am enclosing a copy of the letter for you
information. Bureaucracy takes its time, as you probably know very well. Is
there any hope that the investigation will uncover the truth this time?

A few months ago you send a letter to the Swedish
Prime Minister mr. Ingvar Carlsson concerning the
tx> murder of our former Prime Minister mr. Olof Palme.
The work in the cabinet is organized that I, as
cs Minister of Justice, ara responsible for
polis-^ matters. I will therefore try to give you an answer
^ upon your letter.
A special investigation division at the Swedish
National Police Board is working with this case.
I can assure you that they work as hard as ever to
solve this case, - -
A year ago, I appointed a committeé, tasked to once
’ more examine the results from the investigation of
rH the murder of former prime Minister mr. Olof Palme,
J, from 1988 and up-to now.

Tysk-amerikanen Gerhard Gruitrooy skrev ett brev till den svenska justitieministern och
bad om kommentar till Westdeutscher Rundfunks dramatiska radiodokumentär DER
MORD AN OLOF PALME, som sandes första gången i november 1994 och som nu
repriseras den 25 februari i år.
Gruitrooy önskade den svenska regeringens officiella kommentar till de allvarliga
anklagelser som framkommit i radioprogrammet.
Laila Freivalds plitade ihop ett totalt intetsägande och dessutom nära nog obegripligt
svar som pa två sätt är beklämmande. Ölvebro och Marjasin arbetar, meddelas det; jaha.
Och den usla engelskan kastar extra sned belysning över Rosenbads högmodiga sätt att
arbeta. Fanns ingen medarbetare med genomgången Hermods-kurs tillgänglig? SA.
