Preface to the electronic edition
The French original Précis du droit public
du grand-duché de Finlande (1886) was translated to English by
the British vice-consul to Helsinki. The book was digitized in April
2008 at the University of California Libraries by the Internet
Archive, from where the scanned images were copied to Project Runeberg
in March 2018.
This volume was scanned elsewhere and made available by the Internet Archive,
from where the scanned images were copied to Project Runeberg.
