ämbetsman. Född på Segersjö i fängelset d. 17 okt. 1598. Den föregåendes bror. Blef 1626 öfverkammarherre, följande år guvernör i Marienburg och 1628 statssekreterare. 1631 förordnades han till v. guvernör i Preussen. B. synes haft det viktiga uppdraget att under Gustaf II Adolfs fälttåg sörja för arméns proviantering. Död i Elbing d. 11 april 1632.

Gift 1628 med friherrinnan Christina Sigrid Bielke.
