Then 26 febr. talade biscopen uthi Vesterås medh gemene prä-

hopa kallat, nempligen 1) om lärdomen och en godh föreningh uthi
lärdomen till att handla; 2) de ritibus et ceremoniis; 3) att disciplina
ecclesiastica motthe blifva igen revoceradt och medh itt bettre och
flithigare inseande blifva vidh macht hållen; 4) de eligendo archiepiscopo
et nominando, betänkandes ther hos medh altsomstörsta flit och alfvar-
samhet, hvem the mente ther till kunna tiänligast vara antingen in-
rikes eller uthrikes; förmanandes them ther brede vidh till flitighet uthi
bönen, att Gudh ville uthvisa then, som hans nampn kunne komma
till äro och pris och församblingen till nötto och fromma. ”Thernäst
förmante han them till all skickelighet, till all vänlig och broderlig
kiärleck, så att hvar och en skulle thetta concilium bepryda concordia
et placido consensu, så att ingen then andra nogot förvita eller vräcka
skulle, uthan att sämia och enighet motte varda vidh mackt hållen.

Concilium proprie definiendo in ecelesia christiana est

mos recte sentientes, impios autem et in errore perseverantes
