I växeln finnes plats för 10 kopplingsapparater, som insättas i mån af behof. Vid rekvisition af kopplingsapparater uppges om de skola användas för 10, 20 eller 30 dl:s växel samt årtalet å hvilket växeln tillverkats. (Detta årtal finnes inslaget öfverst på växelskåpets dörr).
