Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi, born 1930, is a textile and garment
designer in Finland, chief designer for the brand Marimekko 1953-1960.
In 1964 she founded the company Vuokko Oy, closed down in 1988.
In 1990 she founded a new company, Vuokko Nurmesniemi Oy.
In 1997 she received the Kaj Frank Design Prize.
