2. A number of steamers, motor-vessels and barges of 240’310 tons dead weight
for the transport of export goods from the company’s works to Gothenburg and for
the transport of raw materials from this harbour to the company’s factories.
3. A number of steamers of 275 375 tons dead weight for the transport of export
goods from the company’s factories to ports on the North Sea and the Baltic with [-return-] {+re-
turn+} cargoes of coal, iron pyrites, salt cakes etc. for the company’s works.
The company also has its own icebreaker of 250 ind. HP.

THE COMPANY’S ORGANIZATION, ETC.
The board of the company has its headquarter at Säffle, where the administrative
management is concentrated in the head office.
The postal address of this management is Säffle and the telegraphic address:
»Billerud», Säffle. The railway station is Säffle on the Bergslagernas Railway
(Gothenburg-Falun). The chief selling and forwarding offices for the company’s manufactures are
centralised here. The offices for purchasing and procuring all raw materials and
requisites for the different works, the administration of the different forest-and farming
estates, the central pay-office and the shipping-office for the company’s various vessels,
etc. are also located here.
