Theodore Jorgenson,

Theodore Jorgenson, born 1894 in Norway, died 1971. Migrated in 1911 to the U.S.A. Professor 1925-1966 of Norwegian at St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota. In 1946 he was a nominee for the U.S. senate (democratic farmer-labor). His papers (43 boxes and 7 volumes) are kept as item P70 in the archives of the Norwegian-American Historical Association (see links).
