No. 10. A Noddy (Anous stolidus)
with many hundreds of
eggs placed on the tail
feathers. The bird was
captured with the eggs on
it, and had thus been
living, when they were laid.
The collector stated,
however, that it was
somewhat feeble. The Red Sea
