MORE ET STUDIO ELUCIDANDtE VERITATIS
hmc subscripta disputabuntur Wittenbergse, prmsi-
dente R. P.2 Martino Lutther,3 artium et s. theo-
logiae magistro eiusdemque ibidem lectore ordinario.
Quare petit, ut qui non possunt verbis prmsentes
nobiscum disceptare, agant id literis absentes. In nomine domini
nostri Hiesu Christi. Amen.

Dominus et magister noster Jesus Christus dicendo: »Poem-
tentiam agite» etc. [Mt. 4: 17] omnem vitam fidelium poenitentiam
esse voluit.

Quod verbum4 de poenitentia sacramentali (i. e. confessionis
et satisfactionis, qum sacerdotum ministerio celebratur) non potest
intelligi.
