Thou art a tool, chosen by
Higher Powers,
To tell the world what thou
shalt here behold.
The gift of words is thine ; thou
shalt express
My mighty thought, which
dominates thy mind.
Unknown to thee I hither led
thy steps;
Thy destiny I welded link by
link.
My hand, oh woman ! chiselled
out thy soul :
Resist thy Guide no more ! Sub-
