Den beregnede Curve ligner (lurven for den daglige
Variation af Vanddampenes Tryk paa Indlandsstationer
med sit secundære Minimum om Eftermiddagen. Dette
Minimum er ikke fremkommet ved nogen større
Vindhastighed, der paa den Tid af Dagen skulde have gjort det
psyclirometrisk bestemte Tryk af Vanddampene mindre, thi,
som Curven for Vindhastigheden i 1876. PI. III. viser, har
denne ogsaa et secundært Minimum omkring Kl. 2 Eftm.

The computed curve resembles the curve for th,e
diurnal variation of the force of vapour at inland stations,
with a secondary minimum in the afternoon. This minimum
is not the result of any increase in the velocity of the wind,
which, at that time of the day, should have reduced the
psychrometrically determined force of the vapour; for, as
shown by the curve for the wind-velocity in 1876, PI. HI,
this velocity, too, has a secondary minimum about 2 p.m.
