Paa gaarden Tveit er et loft (stabbur) med skydehuller. Det
heder, at en røver, som hed Hille, der var dømt fredløs og tyede
derfor ind paa stabburet, huggede disse skydehuller for
sine pile.

Paa Midtbø i Ordal er et nydeligt stabbur.
I Kviteseid er for tiden en ambulatorisk væveskole og en
skole for træskjæring og snedkerarbeide (cfr. bind 1 pag. 459).
