I detta dokument, kröningsdokumentet av den 13 juli
1397, tillkännager utfärdarna, att sedan konung Erik i
vartdera av de tre konungarikena Danmark, Sverige och Norge
undfåtts och tagits till herre och konung, utfärdarna jämte
flera rikenas män med allas godvilja och samtycke på de tre
rikenas vägnar S:t Trinitatis söndag, den 17 juni, i Kalmar
fullbordat konung Eriks kröning till konung över de tre
konungarikena. De försäkrar, att de alla av dessa tre riken
vill göra honom med troskap och kärlek allt det dem bör
sin rätte herre och krönte konung att göra. »Och han göre
mot oss alle som honom bör att göra». I fråga om slott, fästen,
land och län och allt, som konung Erik och drottning
