BLAST-FURNACES AND STEEL-WORKS.

The best quality of charcoal only is used in the production of pig-iron. If the Company’s splendid iron ores are also taken into consideration, it can safely be claimed that
there is no munition factory in the world that uses such first class raw materials as Bofors.

But even good pig-iron can be maltreated in a Siemens-Martin furnace. The Company, however, has a forty years’ reputation for its superior Siemens-Martin products,
