Bolaang-Mongondou, Modajag, North-C., 750
m, on stems of living trees; leaves pendent,
fertile ones rare (no. 73). This is, as far as
I know, a very distinct novelty, different from
all described species of this small genus by
ils entirely glabrous large sterile fronds with
very broad stalked sinuate thin-leaved pinne,
by the non-alate rachis and especially by the
fertile pinne being much broader than in
other species. The lower pinne, that are all
fallen off in the specimens, are perhaps some-
what abbreviated.

onusto, longe decrescentibus, lineari-oblan-
ceolatis, ad 15 cm longis, supra medium 3—6
mm latis, rigide coriaceis elasticis, pinnatifidis
vel subpinnatis; costa inferne atra elevata
sparsissime paleacea (paleis minutis). Segmentis
