The goods address is Oforsen Station, on the Mora—Venern state line.

Besides owning those mentioned above, Billerud also controls a pulp mill at
Borgviks Bruk. This mill, built in 1903 for a production of 3,000 tons of wet,
white pulp, will hardly be run to any great extent in future owing to the absence of
motive power.

Paper-Mills.

Billerud possesses one paper mill in operation, besides which two are under erection
and are expected to start in 1921.

The Brattne Paper-mill was built in 1904—1906, and stands close to the Brattne
Sulphite Mill already mentioned. It is partly driven by a water-turbine of 270 HP.
and partly by 230 HP. of steam. It has one Fourdrinier and one Yankee machine. Its
annual capacity amounts to 1,500 tons of M. G. sulphite paper, and 2,000 tons of
butter-paper and imitation parchment paper. The number of workmen is 50.

The mill’s goods address is Ottebol.

The Billerud Paper-mill, situated in the proximity of the Billerud Sulphite mill
already described, is under construction and will most likely start running during the latter
half of 1921. This mill has been planned for 2 Fourdrinier machines with a working
width of 127 inches (120 inches grease-proof) but for the time being only the one
machine will be mounted. The production is calculated to be about 6,500 tons of first
class grease-proof (butter-paper) per annum. The mill will be run by electricity. The
number of employees is estimated at 60.

The goods address is the same as for the Billerud Sulphite mill.

The Jossefors Paper-mill at Jossefors Bruk, north of Arvika, is under erection
and is expected to be ready to start running in the spring of 1921. This mill has
been planned for one Fourdrinier and one Yankee machine, both with a working width
of 128 inches. The annual production will be about 13,000 tons of news-paper, »kraft»
paper and sulphite papers. The motive power will be electricity and the number of
hands is estimated at 100.

The goods address will be the same as for the Jossefors Wood-Pulp mill.

Sulphite-Spirit Factories.

In order to utilize the sugar contained in the waste lye from the compan}T’s
sulphite mills at Billerud and Slottsbron, sulphite-spirit works have been erected at both
of these places and have recently commenced operations.
