case of a deficiency in the funds of the Society, to
donate the sum necessary to get the Yearbook
printed.
Mr, Josephson reported that Prof. Montelius in a
conversation with him regarding the future of the
Society had suggested that it would be easier to get
books for the library if the constitution were changed
so as to provide for the turning over of the books of
the Society to some public library in case the Society
ever were disbanded.
It was decided that all new members who pay
their initiation fee between November 1st and
January 1st be credited with dues for 1909.

Olson and J. G. Sheldon.
The secretary presented a report of the receipts
and disbursements from the Montelius’ lectures and
banquet, and the same showed a net profit from the
three affairs of $58.50, of which Immanuel Church
under the arrangements for a division was entitled
to $23.54, and tlie secretary was requested to send a
check to the secretary of the church for said amount.
