| Oscar Halldin The City Hall, designed by the architect Ragnar Östberg, is the finest 20th century monumental building in Stockholm. The municipal administration of the city finds accommodation there, side by side with the richly decorated banqueting halls, which are used by congresses and corporations and by the city itself for purposes of representative hospitality. |
