In the little pieces I intend for. the press there will be the following
Dissertations viz. 1. on the yellow fever or fever of syam, one on the
remittent fevers of America with a short act of the Dry belly ach & a
worm fever that reiged there in 1748. a small one on the yaws, one
on inoculation for the benefit of the poor & probably I may ad an
acct of the sulphur of mounlserat as at that place all the operations of
nature in the production of sulphurious & vitreolish water becomes
evident to our senses. & also a little on the petrifications of Antigua, where
you find whole trees almost couverted into flintes rocks, in al the clayey
lands & nothing but Sparry petrifications in the marly part of the island.
