The Riksrett consists of the members of the Lagting and the judges of the Supreme Court. The prolocutor of the Lagting presides. After the exclusion (by the defendant and the prosecution of an equal number or by the drawing of lots) the Riksrett shall have fourteen Lagting and seven Supreme Court members; but in passing judgment the Court shall comprise only fifteen members, of whom not more than ten shall represent the Lagting and five © the Supreme Court. 30
