The laws established with the co-operation of
the Diet, amongst which we will mention those
on communal administration of 1865 and 1873,
the Lutheran Church Code of 1869, the Law on
Military Service of 1878, the Statutes of the
Bank of Finland of 1867 and 1885, and the
Orders, Regulations, Statutes, and Instructions
emanating solely from the Government, and
regulating the working of the public services,
as well as the execution of the laws.
