Viktor Rydberg
(1828-1895) was one of Sweden's most important authors in the 19th
century, between Almqvist and Strindberg. Romerske kejsare i
marmor ("Roman emperors in marble") constitutes volume nine of
fourteen in Skrifter av Viktor Rydberg ("collected works"),
which appeared in the decades following the author's death, edited by
Karl Warburg
(1852-1918). This collection was sold in numerous editions, and
other, smaller collections with similar names were also sold. Find an

The 8th edition, printed in 1914, was used as a copy.
The 430 pages are presented in facsimile in 120 dpi grayscale,
combined with unprocessed, "raw" text from optical character
recognition (OCR).
