Diktarens vrede går härefter ut över »then legodräng», d. v. s.
det värvade krigsfolket:

widh bondans kornladu at strijda.

tha skulle iw bonden til skogen fly.
Spangat bälte oc krusat haar,
rostad swärd oc staalhandske widh hans laar,
rijdher i gardh oc gar i stuffua,
sidan wil han fatiga bondan truffua.
