S K F:s VERKSAMHET I KINA
Den i februari i år skedde en förändring av
S K F:s verksamhet i Kina på så vis, att The
Chinese SKF Company Ltd i Shanghai till firman
The Ekman Foreign Agencies Ltd -— ett
dotterbolag till Göteborgsfirman Ekman & Co.
—-därsammastädes överlämnade den egentliga
försäljningen av S K F:s produkter i Kina. Vid
detta tillfälle ägde en kollation rum, varvid
ovanstående foto togs. Bland de närvarande märkas:
i) Herr von Norman, chef för The Ekman
Foreign Agencies; 2) Mr Seeds, comprador vid
firmans S K F-Department; 3) Direktör Gösta
Petre; 4) Ingeniör Bringert, chef för S K
F-Department; 5) Mr Mih, comprador hos The
Ekman Foreign Agencies; 6) Herr B. Dawson,
secretary i The Chinese SKF Company, som
i övrigt kommer att fortsätta sin verksamhet
såsom förut.
SYNOPSIS OF CONTENTS
How paper is produced
The author gives a description of the conversion of
the raw material into semi-finished products and
finished paper and also a few data concerning ball and roller
bearings in paper machines.
As the production of woodpulp and paper is one
of the most important industries in Sweden, as well
as in several other countries, and as the bearing
question is of vital importance for the production
it is obvious, that this problem is of special interest
to S K F.
It will be seen from the article that after several years’
experiments and experience S K P have succeeded in
solving the bearing problem in a satisfactory manner in all the
more important machines in this industry, and that there
are good prospects of securing a good market for SKF
products in this line.
