Isaak Torchakov (or Isak Sergioffson Tartzakou) was a priest in Jamagorod (Jamburg) southeast of Narva in Ingria, who in 1628 was called to Stockholm to help with the (translation and) proofreading of a Lutheran catechism in the Russian language.
