his philosophy.
Cross SECTION (Sundays at 1500 and
Thursdays at 2245 GMT). Gordon
Burwash enquires into the lives and
individual
opinions of Canadians.
ELSPETH CHISHOLM plans and produces
talks programs for English-language broadcasts
of the CBC International Service.
During February he interviews Robert
Prenevost, a book-keeper; Louis Met-
calfe, Montreal jazz-band leader: Ed
McNally, cover artist for a national
weekly paper; John Steele, Toronto
portrait photographer; and Miss Lone-
ly Hearts, teen-aged columnist for a
Canadian school journal.
CANADIAN CHURCH NEWS (First Sun-
day of each month at 1900 GMT).
Dr. W. J. Gallagher of the Canadian
Council of Churches reports on the
activities of all denominations in
Canada.
NEIGHBOURLY NEWS (Mondays at
2130 GMT). Andy Clarke, veteran
Canadian newspaperman, presents a
weekly roundup of humour and oddi-
ties culled from papers across Canada.
