schedule illustrate some of the operations involved
in the harvesting of Canada’s grain crops. The
cover picture shows Combines at work, while
other pictures scattered through the text illustrate
various stages of gathering in the season’s yield
amounting to more than 500,000,000 bushels of
wheat. On page six will be found a scene
typical of mealtime in hundreds of farm homes
during the harvest season.
