adit of Eldorado Mining and Refining Limited.
It will be nearly a mile and a half long when
completed. The muck wagon in foreground is
used to haul blasted rock away from the adit.

Lake is this rock ledge overlooking a small lake
300 feet below. This prospector, one of hundreds
who has been looking for uranium in this area,
is checking the rock structure with his Geiger
counter for evidence of radioactivity.
