Greetings from the Voice of Canada
As the year draws to a close and the festive season nears, the International
Service of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation takes the occasion to
extend greetings to all its listeners around the world. The men and women
behind the scenes at CBC as well as the commentators and reporters whose
voices are familiar to you all find encouragement in the letters you write.
Your suggestions help us to prepare better programs and your observations
play an important part in our planning for the future. It is our earnest wish
that you will get a full measure of enjoyment from the holiday season and
that the year 1953 will be a peaceful and prosperous year for all.
