utkom 1900 (18 sidor), andra upplagan samma år (19 sidor), tredje
upplagan 1909 (27 sidor). Ett exemplar av tredje upplagan har i april
2017 digitaliserats vid University of Minnesota av Google, varifrån de
scannade bilderna i mars 2025 kopierades till Projekt Runeberg.
