It differs from the preceding species by the produced,
broad, strongly serrated process of first pair of pereiopoda,
by the narrow, smooth process of second pair, by the seventh
pair being shorter than femur of sixth, with the femur
emarginate posteriorly, and by the very short peduncles of second
pair of uropoda.

Length 21 mm.

Hab. The Powel Islands (F. M., acc. to Spence-Bate).

3. Cyllopus Dan®, Spence Bate, 1862.

It is recognized by first pair of pereiopoda wanting carpal
processes, with metacarpi anci dactyli unarmed, by second pair
with minutely serrated carpal processes, by carpi of third and
fourth pair being unarmed, by femur of seventh pair not
emar-ginated posteriorly, and by the imperfectly serrated uropoda.
Length 16 mm.
